Thank you for shopping with Viowear. Since every piece is made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Production Time All orders are produced within 3–7 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons. Viowear is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at {{ shop.email }} within 7 days. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Carriers & Delivery Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the best delivery experience. PO Box Addresses We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout. Duties & Taxes All prices are listed in USD. For orders within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
