RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Viowear, every piece is made to order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

What we cover We accept returns or offer free replacements for items that arrive with:

  • Manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged in transit

If your order has any of these issues, contact us within 30 days of delivery at {{ shop.email }} with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

What we don't cover

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Slight color variations due to screen display differences

Exchanges (size) If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The replacement will be produced and shipped once we receive the returned item.

Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. 

EU CUSTOMERS — ADDITIONAL RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union, please note the following:

Right of Withdrawal — Custom & Print-on-Demand Products All Viowear products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to the consumer's specifications.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is produced on demand and is therefore exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal.

Quality Guarantee Notwithstanding the above, EU customers retain full rights under EU consumer law in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Items not conforming to the order description
  • Printing errors or manufacturing defects

In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at {{ shop.email }} with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
