All Sales Are Final — Here's Why
Every Viowear piece is made-to-order and printed just for you. Because each item is custom-produced the moment you place your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size ordered, change of mind, or personal preference.
We encourage you to carefully review our size guide before purchasing.
When We DO Accept Returns / Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we'll make it right — no questions asked:
- Damaged or defective product (tears, holes, manufacturing defects)
- Significant print quality issues (faded, misaligned, or incorrect print)
- Wrong item received (wrong size, color, or design)
To file a claim, please contact us at support@viowear.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Sizing Issues
We are not responsible for sizing issues if the correct size was delivered as ordered. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order. Size charts are available on each product page.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Viowear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
